What can I have my products repaired?

If you are having problems with your products, like slow juicer or bread maker, we recommend that you look for information on our online store, as you may find information to quickly resolve the problem on our Blogs page.

Shipping

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect. Read more about order processing on Shipping and Delivery page.

What about shipping?

We ship Fretta products both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. Our carrier website quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer. Returns

Can I return the product if possible?

Yes. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Here is more detailed information on our Returns and Refunds page.

How to make a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@FrettaJuicers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
