Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 cups cold filtered water
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- a pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Soak the oats in cold water for 15–20 minutes to soften and reduce sliminess. Drain and rinse thoroughly. Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Turn on your Fretta Edge Max Slow Juicer and select the Soft Mode.
- Add the strawberries and soaked oats alternately into the juicer. Slowly pour the cold filtered water through the chute as you juice to help with the extraction.
- Pour the freshly juiced strawberry oat milk into a glass jar or pitcher. Stir in maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt if desired. Adjust to your taste.
- Shake or stir before serving. Serve chilled or over ice for a refreshing, fruity drink. Enjoy!
Tips:
- For extra smoothness, you can strain the oat milk through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag after juicing.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Shake well before each use, as natural separation may occur.
