Fretta Specialty Recipe Today: Blueberry Banana Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh blueberries (for juicing)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
- 2 tbsps rolled oats
- 1 kiwi (or 2 green grapes, sliced)
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp coconut chips
Instructions:
- Wash the fresh blueberries thoroughly and load them into your Fretta Boost Self-Feeding Slow Juicer.
- Turn the juicer on and let it extract the fresh blueberry juice smoothly. Set the juice aside for mixing.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek Yogurt with the freshly extracted blueberry juice.
- Add 1 tsp of blue spirulina powder to the yogurt mixture. Stir well until the color is evenly distributed, creating a vibrant blue yogurt base.
- Pour the blueberry-spirulina yogurt mixture into a serving bowl.
- Slice the banana and kiwi (or grapes) into small pieces.
- Top the yogurt bowl with the banana slices, kiwi pieces, oats, coconut flakes, and coconut chips.
- Use a toothpick dipped in plain yogurt to create a gradient pattern or swirl on top for a beautiful layered design.
- Garnish with a few fresh blueberries for an extra burst of flavor and color. Serve and enjoy!
