- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen watermelon cubes
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- 1 small frozen banana
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1-2 tsps honey or agave syrup (optional)
Instructions:
- Cut these fruits into large chunks so they easily fit into the juicer’s large hopper. Make sure all fruits are fully frozen in advance for a creamy sorbet texture.
- Turn on your Fretta Nifty Self-Feeding Slow Juicer. Add the frozen fruits gradually into the juicer's hopper. The juicer will extract a thick, sorbet-like purée - perfect texture for a frozen dessert.
- Mix in fresh lemon juice and sweetener (if using) directly into the sorbet purée. Stir well until evenly combined.
- If you prefer a scoopable sorbet, transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1–2 hours. For soft texture, serve and enjoy immediately!
